Michael Byington, CPEA
Serving as the founder and principal consultant for the Byington Group, Michael has 40+ years of environmental compliance experience and worked with large corporations in a wide variety of industries, such as ExxonMobil Corporate Aviation, Pilgrim’s Pride, Ennis Steel, and the Bureau of Engraving & Printing. And he has interacted with state and federal agencies, like the
U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) and Railroad Commission of Texas (RRC).
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology from Texas A&M University and is a Certified Professional Environmental Auditor (CPEA).

Sheri Larson, P.G.
Sheri is a licensed professional geologist with more than 25 years of geoscience experience, field work, and project management, including: UST removals, Phase I ESAs, compliance audits, surface and subsurface investigation, and soil and groundwater remediation and removal actions.
She has considerable experience with the USEPA, TCEQ, and LDEQ and helping small businesses and local governments comply with state environmental regulations. Sheri holds a Bachelor of Science from University Texas at Austin.
Rebecca Luman
Rebecca is a champion for healthy, educated children, sustainable, resilient schools, and equitable access to nature for all. With three decades of experience in engineering, consulting, and project management, Rebecca has worked with a wide variety of clients to: assess legal requirements, develop EHS protocols, conduct multi-media compliance audits, and develop regulatory plans and reports. She has managed contamination investigations and removal actions at federal and state superfund and corrective action sites.
Rebecca holds a BSCE, Civil Engineering from University Texas at Austin. She is president of Healthy Tweaks, LLC and LEED AP certified.

The Byington Group projects in the areas of: EHS and ISO 14001 management systems, risk assessments and audits, environmental due diligence for corporate M&As, GHG verification audits, and environmental insurance claims investigations.
